1/6 size pans - 30cmx38cm (12"x15")
Can be used up to temperatures of 105*c
Store, chill and reheat in the same liner.
Eliminate the need to scrub or soak pans clean.
To use ensure a sufficient (200ml) of water is present in the steam pan.
Place pan liner in the pan.
Cook, heat or steam the food in the liner.
At the end of the shift cool, seal and store the food in the fridge within the liner or discard any unwanted food.
Use appropriate date coding to ensure the food is used within its durability.
When the food is gone simply remove the liner and easily wash the pan as necessary.
The use of pan liners makes cleaning easier and reduces food waste.
